Locations: Hotels and Transportation for Henderson Group Classes

These are the most common locations for our classes, but you should verify that they have not changed before committing to a hotel. You can verify the location by checking the seminar description on this website, by reading your confirmation letter, or you can call us at (301) 229-7187.

Refund Policy for Henderson Group Classes

Should you not be able to attend a class after signing up, we evaluate requests for refunds on an individual basis. In general we are very flexible when you notify us as soon as possible that you will not be able to attend. If you have a death in the family or your manager insists at the last moment that you not attend a class, but you notify us as soon as you can, then we are inclined to give you a full refund. If you need to substitute someone else in your place, you may do so at any time at no additional cost.

If you signup, and don't show up, and don't bother to inform us, you are expected to pay the full fee for the seminar. This is because we incur costs for workbooks, food, and other expenses, whether you show up or not.

Situations between these examples will be judged individually, but we are inclined to be very flexible with you if you work hard to keep us reasonably informed as soon as possible.

All approved refunds will be in the form of your choice: either a check made out to your company (or whoever paid us originally) in the amount of the class fee OR in the form of credit for the same or comparable classes. No other form of refund will be made.

Please call (301) 229-7187 if you have any questions.
